We gladly assist with returns in the rare event that an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, variant, or quantity)

To maintain the integrity of our product standards, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • A request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Clear photos or video are provided to document the issue

  • The item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

This allows us to work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure a smooth resolution.

Because our products ship directly from specialized supplier warehouses, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrectly ordered items

  • Opened, used, or altered products

  • Unauthorized returns

  • Items shipped to an address other than the approved supplier warehouse

These guidelines help us maintain a premium experience and uphold supplier quality standards.


🕊️ 3. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • The authorized supplier return address

  • Your unique RMA number

  • Any additional instructions needed for proper processing

Returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted or refunded, as they fall outside supplier protocols.

To ensure accuracy and proper handling, we do not accept returns at our business or residential address.

Each product is fulfilled by a specialized supplier, and all returns must be shipped directly to the supplier’s designated warehouse.

Return Address Policy:

All returns must be sent to the supplier’s authorized return facility. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and RMA number. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

This ensures your return is handled with care and precision.


🌤️ 5. Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the supplier may cover return shipping or offer a replacement.

  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the supplier confirms an error on their end.

Refunds are issued once:

  1. The supplier receives the returned item

  2. The item passes inspection

  3. The supplier confirms eligibility for a refund

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


🌼 7. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed swiftly to ensure timely delivery:

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible

If your order cannot be canceled, you may request a return if it meets the eligibility criteria above.
